Refund policy

Parts and accessories which have been unopened and undamaged can be returned for a full refund within a period of 60 days from the time of purchase. Exceptions include:

• Electronics such as GPS units and sport watches are only eligible for a 30 day return period.
• No returns will be accepted for items that have been damaged after leaving our inventory.
• No returns will be accepted for items that have been installed on a bike.
• No returns will be accepted for custom made items such as spokes that have been cut to a specified length. 
• Debit purchases made in store are refunded by cash.
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

To return a shipped order, please email orders@fullcycle.ca to confirm the eligibility of your return beforehand. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be postmarked before 60 days for a full refund.

Cancelled or returned online orders over $500 are subject to a 3% restocking fee, including bicycles. Restocking fees can be used as store credit towards the purchase of a different bicycle or product at no charge.

International orders are FINAL SALE.

Bicycles are considered to be final sale at the time that they've left the store. Please take extra care to confirm that the fit and style is correct before leaving.
