Online Order Information
Orders placed for pickup can be ready in as little as an hour if all items purchased are listed as "In Stock" at the selected pickup location. In the event that an item ordered for pickup requires a stock transfer to be made between locations, additional fulfillment time will be necessary before customers will be notified that their orders are ready for collection.
Bicycles purchased online are built to order. As such, customers can expect a lead time of approximately 2-5 days while our technicians complete assembly. All bicycles sold by Full Cycle are required to be assembled by our technicians. Bicycles cannot be sold in their unfinished state.
Any item purchased that is not listed as in stock, and instead "Special Order (1-3 days)", will require additional lead time. Special Order items are requested from distributors as they are ordered and can be subject to shipping delays. Any questions regarding the estimated shipping time for a special order item can be directed to hello@fullcycle.ca or to our agents through Live Chat.
Customers will be notified via Shopify when orders are ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within 4 weeks from the time of notification will be cancelled and refunded. Items that cannot be returned (spokes, cable housings, etc.) will be remain charged at the customers expense.
Orders For Shipping
In-Stock orders can be expected to ship within 1 business day unless announced otherwise. Customers with orders being shipped through Canada Post and UPS will receive a tracking number at the time of fulfillment. Tracking numbers are not active before the time of collection with their respective courier. Collection times can vary depending on the volume of shipments. If tracking has not become active within 1 business day from the time of notification, please contact our customer support for more information.
Fulfillment time for all items listed as "Special Order" is expected to be within 2-14 business days.
Order Cancellation
Full Cycle reserves the right to, at our sole discretion, cancel and refund any order for any reason we require. This may be related to a high risk payment, incorrect inventory, or a price discrepancy. While we always aim to maintain accurate pricing sitewide, it is possible for some items to have incorrect pricing. In the case of particularly disparate pricing, we will cancel/refund the order.
