Covid-19: Service

Bicycle Repair Service

Full Cycle will be able to continue offering repair service in store, as deemed essential by the Ontario Government. We aim to fully respect the purpose of the closures for businesses and will be extremely diligent in how we conduct our repair business for the foreseable future. We will be doing tune-ups and walk-ins.

Service Work
We can continue to do tune-ups, flat changes, install parts, etc.. We are open to anyone's requests for how to pick up their bikes with as great a distance as possible. No reasonable solution will be refused. Some common options:

Option A) Pay online and pickup in service area with no mechanic in the immediate vicinity.

Option B) Meet the mechanic outside and pay using our mobile debit terminal.

Option C) Anything you decide that keeps you comfortable and our staff safe, let us know and we will go for it.

Protocols

Every bike will have frame/saddle/grips disinfected before and after service.

Every staff member will be washing their hands after every bicycle.

The counter/keyboard/mouse will be lysol'ed every 30 mins.

The debit machine will be cleaned after each use.

All staff have been made aware of these protocols verbally and via email. We will keep a printed copy of these protocols at the front counter and in the back shop area.
