Reopening February 16th with some modifications
Full Cycle St. Laurent will have the service door open to customers for bicycle repair appointments, one customer at a time. The main front door will be open, and then locked when the store is at capacity (1 set of customers per staff member).
Full Cycle Hintonburg will have the front door open, and locked when 2 sets of customers are in the store.
Curbside pickup is still available and heavily encouraged. Orders for in stock products are almost always ready in 24 hours or less, please chat or call if you would like a better ETA. We are continuing to offer free shipping nationwide on everything we can ship (no bicycles or pressurized goods).
Curbside Pickup Procedure:
1) Please call the store from your vehicle OR contact us via LiveChat and provide your name and vehicle description.
2 ) Open your trunk for us.
3) We will gladly place your items in your trunk and email the receipt.
If you're not in a vehicle please call from outside and be wearing a mask.

-The store can be selected as a pickup location.
-Shipping is free in Canada. Bicycles cannot be shipped, but can be delivered locally (Kanata-Orleans) for $35. Some oversized items may incur a shipping charge, we will email to confirm in this case.
-We are taking tune-up appointments. Click here to book an appointment. We are open to anyone's requests for how to pick up their bikes with as great a distance as possible. No reasonable solution will be refused. Some common options:
Option A) Pay online and pickup in service area with no mechanic in the immediate vicinity.
Option B) Meet the mechanic outside and pay using our mobile debit terminal.
Option C) Anything you decide that keeps you comfortable and our staff safe, let us know and we will go for it.
