COVID-19: WHAT IT MEANS FOR OUR BUSINESS
As of June 11, Full Cycle will be open strictly for bicycle repair and pickup of online purchases. This means for the time being no browsing the store. We are open for limited test rides at our Hintonburg location.
Test Rides at our Hintonburg Location
Test rides must be booked in advance by communicating via the LiveChat at the bottom right corner of the page. They can coordinate and schedule in the test ride, currently only on Thursdays and Fridays. There is a high likelihood that bikes booked for test rides can be sold before the test ride. We will do our best to stay in communication, we can always update on the status through the LiveChat. Do not call the store to book a test ride, they will not have the available information. St. Laurent is not currently booking test rides.
Our phone lines have become very difficult to manage. Please email or livechat us and we will respond very quickly. If needed, you can call our Hintonburg store at 6137222269 and they can provide info on work orders. We do recommend using the LiveChat to check on the status of online orders. We are doing our best to manage the new level of call volume.
-Both store will be open Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm for the foreseeable future. We are open for bicycle repair and in-store pickup of online purchases.
-Hintonburg will have a 1 customer limit at a time. The sign will be flipped to closed when this limit is reached and we ask that you wait for someone to exit
-St. Laurent will have a 1 customer limit. We will have a staff member with an iPad and mobile machine to bring bicycles to cars so customers don't have to enter if it's not necessary.
-each store is Lysol'ing surfaces every 30 mins (door handles, keyboards, debit machine), and bicycles after service.
-As per the Bank of Canada's suggestions, we will continue to accept cash.
-Please continue to shop on our website. We are allowed to make deliveries using our van in town. Shipping is free in town for bicycles.
-Some distributors will see slowdowns or disruptions; we will do our best to be in touch with all of our customers but if you have any questions please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
-Bicycle are delivered in town for no charge. We deliver bicycles in our van fully tuned and assembled and ready to ride.
-The store can be selected as a pickup location. If picking up product please keep it brief and consider the 2 metre rule with staff.
-Shipping companies have all seen a massive uptick in volume. Orders that would normally be expected within 1 business day are sometimes taking 3-10 business days. If you have any questions please email us and we can track shipments and let you know the status.
-We are taking tune-up appointments. Click here to book an appointment. We are open to anyone's requests for how to pick up their bikes with as great a distance as possible. No reasonable solution will be refused. Some common options:
Option A) Pay online and pickup in service area with no mechanic in the immediate vicinity.
Option B) Meet the mechanic outside and pay using our mobile debit terminal.
Option C) Anything you decide that keeps you comfortable and our staff safe, let us know and we will go for it.

-We have SMS available at 613-519-0187, this will be monitored during any store outages.
-If our store phone numbers do not work, 613-519-0187 will also accept incoming calls.
-We have LiveChat on our website, this will be monitored almost 24/7. If you have any questions at all, please get in contact with us. We are happy to help and advise.
We are all trying to get through this together. If you don't need to test ride a bike, consider using our LiveChat or email to go through the purchasing process remotely with us. We will aim to keep as many people employed as possible operating our email, VOIP, LiveChat, and SMS services. If we can remotely help a portion of our customers through any sort of shutdown, we are hoping it will be win-win-win. As a long-standing member of the cycling community, we will do our part to do right by our customers, staff and suppliers.
