We opened back in 1994 (when mountain bikes had 26” wheels) 50 metres south of where we currently are. We moved into our current location in 2011, and opened a second location in Ottawa's Hintonburg neighbourhood in 2019. The ownership has a combined 65 years in Ottawa's cycling community, and we've learned a lot along the way. We're always refining our product selection and our procedures to make sure we're bringing you the best products in a seamless experience.
With the rise of the e-commerce (we didn't have a website back in 1994), our website has become another location where we can meet and interact with new customers all over the country. We always aim to provide the same level of service online as we do in-store; this is why we have a dedicated team to advise, process orders, and ship out orders every day of the year. It's also the reason behind our no-minimum free shipping; we want to make sure you can get out and enjoy your cycling experience and not worry about hitting a minimum order.
