We want you to get the best possible experience from the bicycle you purchase from us. One of the ways we do this is by offering our Lifetime Free Service warranty. It comes with all our new bikes and is valid as long as you own the bike. This warranty allows you to bring your bike in for basic adjustments as often as needed, at no charge. We recommend servicing your new bike after the first 5 or 6 rides and at least once a year after that. Your bike will ride better, safer, and last longer. Happy riding!

What Full Cycle technicians cover:

• installation of any parts and accessories purchased from Full Cycle (some exceptions apply)
• brake adjustment, including disc brakes
• front and rear derailleur adjustments
• wheel truing
• adjustments to saddle, handlebar, and stem positions
• inspection of tires and proper tube pressure
• adjustments to all bearing surfaces

What we do not cover:

• repairs or cleaning needed as a result of abuse, accidents, winter riding, or improper use of the bicycle.
• overhauls of bearing surfaces or disc brakes
• extensive wheel repair or spoke replacement
• repairs not performed by a Full Cycle technician
• parts and accessory installation or adjustments not performed by a Full Cycle technician
